About The Presenter

Laura Saul
joins us after 10 years working in Administration, Compliance and Training. Laura brings with her a passion for participant’s right and compliance, and has worked within the healthcare, international support sector and Youth Justice.

James Loveday
is a seasoned disability support practitioner with a key focus on finding sustainable person-centred supports for people with disability, and developing networks and infrastructures for people with complex needs. James has a personal investment in disability services and has lived experience, spending all of his primary school years in special needs units, and only learning to read and write at the age of 13. At the age of 17 James commenced his first role in the disability industry as an ability advocate for disabled actors and performance artists in QLD. Over the years Pre- NDIS James has worked as a disability support worker and case manager with people with complex needs across three states, working in metropolitan cities, rural towns and remote indigenous communities. In Townsville QLD, james worked in the NDIS trial site, transitioning supports from block funded to NDIS models. And since the NDIS roll out James has worked in direct service delivery, team management, organisational acquisition and Business development and strategy. James now works in the NDIS SDA housing sector, using my years of experience and knowledge in the Disability and Community support fields to tailor housing solutions for people with a disability.
