About The Presenter

Laura Saul

joins us after 10 years working in Administration, Compliance and Training. Laura brings with her a passion for participant’s right and compliance, and has worked within the healthcare, international support sector and Youth Justice.

Karl

has worked for private, NGO and government organisations in a variety of roles covering sales and marketing, IT, customer experience, human resources and business improvements. Whilst the Director of Sales and Customer Experience at TAFE NSW, Karl was involved the changes to vocational education whilst evolving TAFE NSW from a service-based mentality to a customer experience focus. Before releasing Careflo in 2019 (A cloud-based care management software program in Australia) Karl’s initial introduction to the care industry came via his mother a retired case manager of over 30 years. Like many others, Karl’s passion in supporting NDIS providers stemmed from becoming the carer for his brother - a NDIS Participant with complex disabilities including SCI and profound level of deafness.

Casey Gray

has been a member of the disability services sector for over 18 years. She is currently studying a Masters in Disability Practice with Latrobe University and a degree in Creative Arts in Health with University of Tasmania. She has been the recipient of awards for innovation in disability services. Casey possesses a genuine passion as well as the creativity and drive to improve the quality of direct service provision to people with disability as well as advocating for systemic change, with the aim of enabling people to live rich and fulfilling lives. She is keen to advocate for local and broad social change that promotes the inclusion and wellbeing of all people, while raising community awareness to break down the stigma associated with invisible disability, such as mental illness, as well as disability in general.

Kapil Bhatia

has been a member of the disability services sector for over 14 years. Kapil has extensive experience in the delivery of high-quality service delivery for people with a disability and mental health conditions. Kapil has supported organisations through many change management programs including safeguarding systems, CRM development and implementation, compliancy requirements, meeting practice standards and quality assurance mechanisms. Kapil has also worked in designing business solutions and business continuity planning to assist organisation improve service delivery and positive outcomes for clients. During Kapil’s many years in the sector, he has worked in disability and community health settings, across not-for-profit, government and private organisations. He has held down roles such as frontline worker, rostering, practice development through to senior leadership positions. With this experience Kapil is able to bring a unique holist view to service provision ensuring all levels/roles with in a business is across the importance of genuinely being client centred and staff focused while meeting compliance requirements. Kapil is passionate about the work he does at 4Titude and is proud to be part of organisations making a positive impact on the lives of less advantaged people in our community.
